-Our next performance is at Cafe Spice in Towson on April 20th at 3:45pm at the All Seasons Hafla. This is a special “All-Troupe” show featuring: Egyptian Sun, Sestraluna, Troupe Hip’notic, BellyDance Delight, Gypsy Fusion and Tribe MiaNaja.

Well, let’s see…
2/10: As always, Saturday you can see two of our dancers at India Garden restaurant in Lexington Park. This week happens to feature Shahla Zahr and our newest troupe member, Jesenia! While they entertain at India Garden, Chandani, Aaminah & Becca will be performing at The Jaycees Center for a private function.
2/16: Troupe ‘Hip’notic will be part of Calvert Pines Mardi Gras celebration on Friday night!
2/17: Aaminah & Becca at India Garden. Also, the troupe is excited to be participating in “A Day in the Middle East” SCA event, which sounds like it will be a really fun, family friendly activity!

Troupe ‘Hip’notic was thrilled to be part of Yucy’s Arabian Nights Show at Casablanca Restaurant in Alexandria, VA on December 1st. Other featured dancers included: Nadirah Nasreen, Dianna, Jemina, Amirah Azhar, Alhena Suhayla, and Yucy’s Belly Dance for Life students. For more details see Yucy’s flyer HERE.

Nov. 10th – Troupe ‘Hip’notic was absolutely thrilled to have been asked to be a part of DCTribal’s gala show featuring Carolena Nericcio of the world famous FatChanceBellyDance and Megha Gavin of Devyani Dance Company!
The show, at the Rosslyn Spectrum Theater, 1611 North Kent Street, Arlington, Virginia, included performances by regional dancers, including Ariel, Asharah, Belladonna, Benat Baharat, Kallisti Tribal, Gypsy Fusion, Pop Raqs DC, Samira Shuruk, Sammati, and Wendy Youssef and Troupe Arabesque! The show was a great success, and we really enjoyed being part of such a diverse collection of dancers!

October 19th, Troupe ‘Hip’notic was proud to perform once again as a part of Yucy El-Banan’s Arabian Nights Show at the Decoy Lounge in Colony South Hotel in Clinton, MD. Yucy puts together a wonderful showcase and our troupe always has a blast performing there. The audience is always so much fun. This was the debut of our new full troupe sword routine! It has been said that there’s nothing quite like a whole troupe balancing shining scimitars!
