Hi everyone!
We have lot’s of fun events quickly approaching, so we added them to our events calendar. We are hard at work creating new dances for this spring season, which we’ll be debuting at DCTribal Cafe April 25! We’re also excited to be able to bring the whole troupe to Spring Caravan this year, and will be performing on Sat. May 1 at 9pm. Those are just 2 of the upcoming shows, stay tuned for more performance details and perhaps another exciting announcement *gasp!*

Vixen Variety Show at Palace of Wonders!!! 9pm, $10
The variety show features foxy & fierce females who will engage you with their enigmatic and energetic exhibitions. Besides Troupe ‘Hip’notic, this week’s show also brings you the funky & folkloric inspired belly dancing of Ariel, the pop performance of drag king Zack Las Vegas, the amazing aerialist Moira Lee, student belly dance troupe Bella‘Trix. And last but not least an all new performance by Ken Vegas & your host for the evening, Belladonna! Celebrate the new year with us at this fabulously foxy show!

-Our next performance is at Cafe Spice in Towson on April 20th at 3:45pm at the All Seasons Hafla. This is a special “All-Troupe” show featuring: Egyptian Sun, Sestraluna, Troupe Hip’notic, BellyDance Delight, Gypsy Fusion and Tribe MiaNaja.

Well, let’s see…
2/10: As always, Saturday you can see two of our dancers at India Garden restaurant in Lexington Park. This week happens to feature Shahla Zahr and our newest troupe member, Jesenia! While they entertain at India Garden, Chandani, Aaminah & Becca will be performing at The Jaycees Center for a private function.
2/16: Troupe ‘Hip’notic will be part of Calvert Pines Mardi Gras celebration on Friday night!
2/17: Aaminah & Becca at India Garden. Also, the troupe is excited to be participating in “A Day in the Middle East” SCA event, which sounds like it will be a really fun, family friendly activity!
